Robert Ellis Silberstein

Robert Ellis was born in the year 1946 to the Jewish family in Elberon, New Jersey, United States of America. He belongs to a very wealthy family who manufactured garment in Elberson, New Jersey. He is a graduate of West Virginia University.

Right after the graduation, Robert initiated his teaching career in the same university but later dropped the job when he did have good terms with the principle of the institution. He then moved to California. Most people know Robert Ellis Silberstein as Bobby Ellis too.

Originally from New Jersey, he moved to California to peruse different career. Now he is famous for managing legendary artists like Diana Ross, Rufus, Billy Preston, Meat Loaf, Status Quo, Chaka Khan and Rolling Stones Ronnie Wood.

Robert Ellis is a married man with two children. He married the extremely talented Diana Ross during 1970s.  This pair together has two children Tracee Ellis Ross and Chudney Ross. Daughter Tracee Eliss Ross born on 29 October 1972 is now an American actress, producer, television host, comedian, and producer.

She was said to be born only a few months after Robert and Diana got married. The real father of Rhonda is Berry Gordy who is the founder of Motown.

However, Robert Ellis was rather a real father to Rhonda Ross and never neglected to perform his responsibilities while nurturing her. Today these father and daughter are very close to each other even both know what the truth is.

Currently, both Robert Ellis and Diana Ross are single. Robert didn’t marry any other woman after he got divorced from Diana. Whereas Diana tied knot Arne Naess Jr. in 1985 but this marital relationship also didn’t go well and they got divorced in 2000.
