Renee Young: Birth, Early Life
Renee Jane Pacquette, professionally known as Renee Young, which is her stage name on WWE, was born on the 19th of September in Toronto, Ontario in Canada in 1985. Her father worked as a concert promoter at WWE. She was enthusiastic about being on the stage on the limelight ever since she was a child and was already a child model.
She took some courses on improvisational comedy after graduating from school and later shifted from her home country to live in the United States of America at Los Angeles, California so that she could follow her dreams of becoming a comedic actress. After a change of mind, Young returned to Canada and gave it a shot at films, commercials, and music videos.
Young tied the marital knot with Jonathan Good, professionally known as Dean Ambrose inside the WWE ring. The couple had been dating since 2013 and became husband-and-wife on April 9th, 2017 and the good news was announced by Young through her Twitter account on the 12th of April, 2017.
Renee Young: Professional Career
Young initially began her professional career in 2009 from The Social Television Network after being assigned to work on Right After Wrestling, currently known as Aftermath, as a presenter with Arda Ocal, Mauro Ranallo, and Jimmy Korderas by her side.
She was hired by WWE in the October of 2012 and began working as Renee Young. While at WWE, she has had the opportunity of interviewing numerous WWE superstars including Big Show, Sheamus, and Randy Ortan. She also took the responsibility of the backstage interviewer on NXT’s episode on the 23rd of January.
Later, Young was selected to co-host the segments on the World Tour, promoting numerous tourist destinations. She quickly progressed in her career and was promoted to work at JBL and Cole Show as one of the show’s main presenters. The show eventually won the Slammy Award for Favorite Web Show of the Year.
After a few months of color commentating, debuted in September 2013, Young became the official color commentator for NXT and later worked alongside Tom Phillips as a color commentator for over a year on WWE Superstars.
Young also got the chance to work alongside Chris Jericho on Tough Enough’s sixth season as the show’s co-host in June.
