Metta World Peace

Ron Artest was born on November  13, 1979 in Queen, New York to Sarah Artest and Ron Artest.He is black American and his birth sign is Scorpio.

He completed his high school graduation from La Salle Academy. During his years in high school he used to practice basketball as a hobby.

The he attended St John's University (1997-1999). He was extremely conscious towards his studies, and he graduated in mathematics.

His high school sweetheart was Jennifer Palma, but their relation didn’t last long. They have a child ,Jeron, from this relationship.

Then he married gorgeous Kimsha Artest - cast member on VH1's reality TV show Basketball Wives:LA. They were blessed with three children -Sadie, Ron III, and Diamond. Unfortunately their relationship as a married couple didn’t last long and they separated after 6 years of togetherness in 2009.     

Unpredictable NBA player, Metta World Peace, entered the league as Ron Artest with Chicago Bulls 1999. Prior to his glory he played on the same team as Lamar Odom and Elton Brand. Next he played for the Indiana Pacers (2002-2006) and even won as NBA championship with Los Angeles Lakers.

In order to motivate and bring people together in world, he changed his name to Metta World Peace . He wears jersey no. 37, and plays at the position small forward for his team. He played alongside Kobe Bryant on the Lakers from 2009 to 2013..

He started his own reality show-They Call Me, Crazy, in conjunction with E1 Entertainment and Tijuana Entertainment. He was also a part of another reality show – Dancing with the Stars. This all-rounder player was also seen in Nickelodeon's game show –Figure it out. He also released a rap album – My World.
