Lisa Dergan Podsednik: Birth, Education, Marriage
Lisa came into this world on the 10th of August in Corpus Christi, Texas in the United States of America in 1970. When she was little, Lisa’s family shifted to Hawaii from Texas later settling down in San Diego, California, where she spent her early life.
While Lisa was in school, she participated in a lot of other extra-curricular activities as well including cheerleading for the school team.
She was enthusiastic about journalism from an early age and took the first steps in her career by working for the school paper. To pursue higher education, Lisa went to study at San Diego University and graduated with a degree in Interior Designing.
Although Lisa had been involved in a relationship with a Hollywood personality, a movie director Michael Bay, the lucky man to tie the marital knot with the beauty queen turned out to be none other than Scott Podsednik, a basketball player. They married in 2008 but sadly, the marriage only lasted until the spring of 2017.
Lisa Dergan Podsednik: Modeling Career
Lisa’s professional career began while she was still in college when a few modeling scouts approached her. After that, she began modeling for Wilhelmina Models in Los Angeles.
The famous Playboy Magazine recognized Lisa’s potential shortly after her debut and hired her. She quickly progressed and went on to win the Miss July title, becoming an official Playmate, in 1998.
Lisa was then invited as a guest on numerous TV shows including “Silk Stalkings” and “Fraiser”.
Lisa Dergan Podsednik: Career in television
After Lisa became famous, she was offered a job at KCBS Los Angeles to work on a weekend sports show with Jim Hill by her side. She was exceptionally good at what she did and after acknowledging her skills as a journalist FOX Sports Net hired Lisa in 2002.
At Fox, she had the opportunity of interviewing some of the most renowned sports celebrities and was also assigned to report from the scenes of Super Bowl. Lisa later took up a job of co-host on Smush, a game show, followed by Race to the Altar, a wedding reality series.
