Laura Hamilton

Laura Hamilton who is a British TV presenter who got participated in the sixth series of the Dancing on Ice in 2011 was born on 24th April of the year 1982. At present, she is the presenter on the Channel 4’s A Place in the Sun as well as also in Cowboy Builders & Bodge Jobs for the Channel 5. She was born as the youngest of the two children to her parents.

She went to get her education from the Dartford Grammar School for Girls and received a A-levels from there. After that, she turned down the offer to study the Law and Psychology at the university, for one year contract at the Channel 4 TV as the runner making the tea for Dermot O’Leary.

At the time her contract ended, she gained enough experience to leave the Channel. She then started to work as freelance assistant floor manager. She also worked on a variety of the productions including The Games, Top of the Pops, Party in the Park, T4, Big Brother, Robbie Williams and The Buckingham palace Jubilee Celebrations. In addition to that, she had also worked as second/third assistant director on the TH shows like The Bill, Family Affairs as well as the movies such as Stardust, Harry Porter.

She also used to work for a multiple of the production companies as well as broadcasters which include the Channel 5, ITV, Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, Boomerang and Disney XD.

Laura is a married woman. She is married to her supportive, caring and loving boyfriend turned husband Alex Goward. After dating for several years, the couple exchanged their vows with each other on 22nd September of the year 2012. She also has two children together with her husband. On 13th November of 2013, she announced via Twitter about the birth of her first child, a baby boy named Rocco.

Later, it was again announced on 8th May of 2015 that she has given birth to their second child, a baby girl. Since Laura was 19 years old, she has been developing the properties when she completed the first project that was entirely self-funded.

Prior to that, she also took part in 2011 series of the ITV show called Dancing on Ice in which she finished on the second position. She made her appearance along with the Canadian professional Colin Ratushniak.

, Apart from that, Laura has now reached at the age of 33. She stands at an average height of five feet and two inches. She is a keen skier as well as a snowboarder. In addition to that, she also enjoys traveling and going to the theatre. Laura has visited multiple countries around the world which also includes Cuba, India, Thailand, North Africa, Fiji, Australia, Hong Kong, Iceland and the parts of America.
