Kelly Cass

Cass came into this world on the 27th of November in Poughkeepsie, New York, United States of America in 1973. Her academic performance was really since an early age. Cass attended Adelphi University and graduated by earning a Bachelor’s degree in communications. She also studied at the Yonsei University, which is located at Seoul, South Korea and received an International Study certificate. Cass is also a graduate of the Mississippi State University and has received the Seal of Approval from the National Weather Association.

Cass tied the marital knot with her boyfriend Chris Bee and the happily wed love birds are quite satisfied with their relationship.

Cass was enthusiastic about the journalism industry since an early age. She officially began her professional life from WTZA-TV where she had taken up a job as an associate producer.

Because of her impressive works, Cass was quickly promoted as the station’s weeknight weather forecaster. Then she moved on to work at WRGB-TV, a CBS affiliated stationed at New York, as the station’s weekday meteorologist.

Cass is credited with many praise-worthy major news coverage which she performed while working at WRGB-TV. For the brilliance in her works, in 1993, she went on to win the New York State Broadcasting Awards for “best storm coverage”.

After winning the prestigious award, she was able establish herself as a dedicated weather journalist and was hired by The Weather Channel in 2000. She slowly progressed in her career and currently, she is one of the main on-camera meteorologists of the network – a position attained by years of hard work and consistency. She is also given the responsibility of hosting the Saturday and Sunday morning on AMHQ Weekends.
