Jennifer Carfagno, 41, was born on 19th July 1976 in Pennsylvania, United States. She spent her childhood days in her hometown Collegeville itself and did her high school graduation from the Perkiomen Valley high School in the year 1994.

Later she got enrolled at Penn State University in her hometown. Even as a child she was fond of weather and clouds.
