Jeff Probst is an American game show host who has already won the Emmy Award for four times. He also works as an executive producer. His best-known reality show is Survivor which brought him his Emmy Award for best host. During his career, he has worked in different areas and has also released two feature films and an adventure series.

Jeff Probst is a graduate of Seattle Pacific University. He has married twice and now is the step-father of two.

Jeff Probst was born on 4 November 1961 to Jerry Probst and Barbara Probst. He was raised in Bellevue, Washington but was born in Wichita, Kansas. He went to Newport High School and graduated in 1979. Soon after that, he joined Seattle Pacific University.

Talking about his married life Jeff Probst has married twice, his first wife was Shelley Wright. This couple stayed together for five years from 1996 to 2001. He then married Lisa Ann Russell on 5 December 2011. Before that Jeff was in a relationship with Julie Berry whom he met while he was filming for Survivor: Vanuatu, they dated for four years.

Currently, Jeff Probst is living with his wife and children. Lisa's marriage to Jeff was also her second one. From her first marriage to actor Mark-Paul Gosselaar has a son named Michael born in 2004 and daughter Ava in 2006.

Jeff Probst started his best show 'Survivor' in 2000 and with its success, he signed a contract till season 24. He has also appeared in many popular sitcoms.

Jeff Probst journey began working as a producer for the Boeing Motion Picture/Television studio. Before he hosted Backchat, a music series which featured Orlando Jones, it was a show that gave answers to the quires made his the viewers. He was then the anchor in VH1 series Rock & Roll Jeopardy for three years. Finder's Fee is his first movie he wrote and directed under Lionsgate Films.

Jeff began hosting Survivor from the year 2000. Before that, he also gave his appearance in the sketch show MADtv and hosted Celebrity Superfan Roundtable'. In 2003 he was also seen as a guest in the Space Ghost Coast to Coast episode on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim.

He was also reported to develop a new reality show named 'Live for the Moment' for CBS which will show those people suffering from terminal diseases. In February of 2010, Jeff came with the news that he will be doing two more seasons for the Survivor, through season 22 which was later extended to season 24 on 9 March 2011.

Jeff was also seen on the sitcom 'How I Met Your Mother in 2011, the other TV show he has done are Two and a Half Men, and Life in Pieces, where he has been seen shirtless. He directed his second feature film Kiss Me starring Sarah Bolger and John Corbett in the beginning of 2012. The same year he was given a syndicated talk show 'The Jeff Probst Show' under the production of CBS Television Distribution.

Working together with Christopher Tebbetts they released Stranded, an adventure series.
