Flanagan was born on the 22nd of September in Sonoita, Arizona, United States of America in 1972. For her education, she attended the Salpointe Catholic High School at Tuscon, Arizona and later went on to study at the University of Arizona.  The lucky person to tied the marital knot with the beautiful Alex Flanagan is none other than Kevin Flanagan, former University of Arizona basketball player.
