Britt McHenry who is an American sports reporter was born on 28th May of the year 1986. Currently, she is working for the ESPN and she is based in Washington, D.C. She is the native of Mount Holly Township, New Jersey, United States. She went to study at the Satellite High School and got graduated from there in the year 2004. While there, she was a teammate with the professional soccer player Ashlyn Harris.

After getting graduated from there, she went on to join the Stetson University and also played on Hatters soccer team for 2004 season. From there, she got graduated magna cum laude in the year 2007. She again got enrolled at the Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism where she started to cover the stories in Chicago, Illinois.

At the beginning of her career, Britt started working for the WJLA-TV which is the affiliate of ABC Television’s Washington. She also worked for its sister station News Channel 8 as the sports reporter as well as a fill-in anchor. After 2 weeks at the Fox Sports San Diego as dugout reporter on San Diego Padres telecasts, she again returned to the ABC 7. Later, she left the ABC 7 in March of the year 2014 and then joined the ESPN as Washington, D.C. based bureau reporter.
