Brian Quinn was born on 14th March 1976. He is the native of Staten Island, New York, United States. He completed his high school from Monsignor Farrell High School and was active in different programs. Later Brian graduated from Brooklyn College.

Brian is an animal lover and has three cats whom he has named Chessie Cat, Benjamin Cat, and Brooklyn Cat. He loves soccer and is a great supporter of the Manchester United.

Previous to joining the Comedy Troupe, Brian Quinn was a firefighter. He stayed with the FDNY serving for eight years. Currently, he also co-hosts Tell 'Em Steve – Dave! a popular weekly podcast. Bryan Johnson and Walter Flanagan accompany him during the show.

The comedy troupe The Tenderloins currently has four members including of James Murray, Joseph Gatto, Brian Quinn and Salvatore Vulcano. They present TV series named Impractical Jokers which is aired on truTV. The show was premiered on 15 December 2011.

The comedy troupe before being popular did many stage shows in different places in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York. They were also seen at the Miami Improv Festival and San Francisco Sketch Comedy Festival.

He became the part of The Tenderloins in the year 2007 after the troupe decided the transition from the live shows to the filmed sketches. He then replaced Mike Boccio as the fourth member of the troupe.
