Grow was very enthusiastic about her career and conscious about it from an early age because of which, right after graduating from college, she began her journey as a professional journalist and joined KMID-TV stationed at Midland and Odessa at Texas in order to work as the station’s weather producer and meteorologist. While at the station she also produced the segment Weather Wise.
