Chris firstly joined media house through WJLA-TV and later switched to ABC .  In the year 1996 she started to work as sports anchor and later switched she to ESPN NEWS.  She again moved back to Sports Centre and started to work as co-host the weekend morning and weekday 6 p.m.  Later in the 2006 worked U.S Open for Sports Center.  Additionally filled in as sideline columnist for ESPN2, ESPN and ABC Sports channel amid of FIFA Women World Cup.
