Zack Greinke

Zack Greinke is the native of Orlando, Florida. He was born on 21 October 1983. Although he is known as Zack Greinke, his full name is Donald Zackary Greinke. Both of his parents, Marsha Greinke and Donald Greinke, worked as teachers. He was the part of Little League and he has superb skills in tennis at his young age. He also played golf tournaments.

A talented and versatile player Zack Greinke stands very tall at towering height of six feet and two inches. As he was born in the month of October, his zodiac sign is Libra. Zack Greinke is married to his wife Emily Kuchar. The pair first met each other while they were attending Apopka High School.

Zack's wife Emily made an announcement via a Twitter page on 17th April 2015 that they were expecting their first baby together. Later, their first child, a son named Bode was born on 23rd July of the same year. 

Zack Greinke was active in sports and also led his team to Senior League World Series Title in 1999. He was the shortstop for his team. Previous to Senior League World Series he was the shortstop for the Apopka High School and also worked as a relief pitcher as junior and sophomore.

Zack has been described as the scientist as a pitcher and he is also known for preparing for every start much extensively than most. Throughout Zack Greinke career, as per his bio, he has produced good strikeout-to-walk finishing in league’s Top 10 for five times and ranking 5th among the active pitchers in a category at 3.5:1 as of the start of 2014 season.

In his sports career, he has played with a different team like Kansas City Royals from 22 May 2004 and played against Oakland Athletics. The game made him the youngest player in the majors. Being in the team he achieved huge success and fame for himself.

The next teams he played for are Milwaukee Brewers and Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. After leaving the team, he then signed a contract with Los Angeles Dodgers for six years on 10 December 2012.  Playing for Los Angeles Dodgers he was selected for the Outstanding National League Pitcher at the Players Choice Awards. Later he was the winner of the Gold Glove Awards.

Currently, Zack Greinke is playing for Arizona Diamondbacks from December 8, 2015. On 24 August 2016, he made the record of his strikeout of 2000^th career. In 2017 he got selected to the NL All-Star game which was his fourth All-star selection.

Zack Greinke first signed his contract with the Royals with $2.5 million. Later he again signed a four years extension contract with Royals with worth $38 million.  At 8 December 2012, Zack made a deal with of six years with $147 million.

On 8th December 2015, Zack signed a six years contract for $206.5 million with Arizona Diamondbacks. Till now, Zack Greinke has been earning big amount of salary and his net worth is calculated to be around $80 million.

Zack Greinke has been active in this field for years and it is sure that during these long periods, he must have won multiple fans and followers in his career.
