Vanessa Lachney first appeared in Miss South Carolina Teen USA and later in Miss Teen USA at the age of 18 and won both the title. She then got her feet in the broadcast in MTV as the host of 'Total Request Live' and remained there from 2003. In 2005 she became the Entertainment Tonight's New York City reporter and also hosted beauty pageant 'Miss Teen USA 2004' ad co-hosted 'Miss Universe 2007'.
After she left MTV and Entertainment Tonight Vanessa got featured in various print and online advertising for BONGO Jeans' Spring/Summer 2007 collection. She became the spokesperson for Flirt!
