Riyad Mahrez: Early Career
At the beginning of his career, Riyad started his career when he was a youth for the French club, AAS Sarcelles. It was in the year 2009 when he turned professional with Quimper. There, he played for just a year and then made his move to Le Havre where he spent his three years of the life.
However, he initially failed breaking into first team but he was a regular for the second team subsequently earning the first team place. Later in January of 2014, Riyad made permanent transfer to then-Championship side Leicester City.
He joined the CFA side Quimper from the AAS Sarcelles in 2009 making 22 appearances as well as scoring two goals in first season with the club. The following year, he joined the Le Havre initially playing for the 2nd team Le Havre II. After that, he went on to play 60 times and then scored 6 goals for first team in French Ligue 2 from the year 2011 until in January of 2014.
After that, on 11th January of the same year, he moved to English Football League Championship club Leicester City where he signed a three and half year contract. He then made his debut on 25th January of 2014 coming on in 79th minute as substitute replacing the fellow winger Lloyd Dyer. In addition to that, he also made his Premier League debut on 16th August of the same year.

Later in August of 2015, Riyad renewed his new four year contract with the Leicester. Prior to that, Riyad also made his international for the Algeria in the year 2014 as well as he also represented them at 2014 FIFA World Cup as well as 2015 Africa Cup of Nations.
