Phil Taylor is an English professional darts player who has been nick named as The Power. He is mostly regarded as the Best Darts Player of all the time. He has won more than 200 professional tournaments that include an unprecedented 82 major titled as well as a record 16 World Championship. In addition to that, he has also won eight consecutive World Championship from the year 1995 till 2002 as well as reached 14 consecutive finals from 1994 till 2007. None of the darts player has a winning record in the matches against him.

Phil is the native of Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent, England. He came into this world on 13th August of the year 1960 which has now made him reach at the age of 55. Although he is known by the name Phil Taylor, as a child, he was named as Phil Douglas Taylor. He is the son of Doug and Liz Taylor. Phil left the school when he was at the age of 16. He belongs to an English nationality. After that, he held few jobs which also includes as sheet metal worker. He would also spent most of his early working days making the ceramic toilet roll handles for which he earned £52 a week.

Moving on to his personal life biography, Phil has already got married. He was married to his then wife named Yvonne who was born in 1963. The couple also has four children together. Among them, three are daughter named as Lisa, Kelly and Natalie and one is a son named Chris. Lisa was born in 1983, Chris in 1984, Kelly in 1989 and Natalie was born in 1992. Prior to that, Phil has also written an autobiography with lat Sky TV darts commentator Sid Waddell. He also supports his hometown football club Port Vale.

In addition to the achievements in the darts, he has also led to the guest appearances on the TV. He appeared in the solo project of Justin Hawkins British Whale’s music video for the cover of Sparks song titled as This Town Ain’t Big Enough for Both of Us. On 22nd January of the year 2011, he made his appearance for presenting award for the Best Comedy Panel Show at British Comedy Awards that was hosted by Jonathan Ross. The next year in 1st January, he appeared on the OMG! Jedward’s Dream Factory, which is an Irish reality TV show for children.
