Noelle first made the news headline on the 29th of January in 2002 when she was arrested by the Tallahassee police and then was charged with prescription fraud after trying to buy sedative Xanax at the local pharmacy.
Although her case received an extra attention, it did not cam long after 2001 arrests of her cousins Jenna and Barbara Bush for underage drinking. Bush entered into the Orlando Drug Treatment Center in the February of 2002. The same year in July, she was jailed temporarily. It was after she was found to be in possession of the prescription pills.
She was then again admitted to the treatment center and in the month of September, she was back in the news after she was found in possession of the crack cocaine. After that, she was sentenced to 10 days in the jail for violating the terms of her court-ordered drug treatment program.
