Michael Moore who is an American director, author, producer, writer, liberal political activist as well as a journalist was born on 23rd April of the year 1954. Moore was raised up in Davison, Michigan. As a child, he was named as Michael Francis Moore. Michael is the native of Flint, Michigan, United States. He is the son of Francis Richard Moore and wife Helen Veronica. His father was an automotive assembly line worker whereas his mother was a secretary. He was brought up as a Catholic and he has an Irish ancestry. He went to study at the St. John’s Elementary school for his primary school. He has also directed as well as produced various other movies such as Pets or Meat: the return to flint, Canadian Bacon, The Big One, Bowling for Columbine, Fahrenheit 9/11, Sicko, Captain Mike Across America, and Capitalism: A Love story.
