Matthew Koma who is an American musician as well as singer and song writer was born on 2nd June of the year 1987. He is the native of Brooklyn, New York. He was raised up in Long Island, New York. He went to study at the Seaford High School that is located in Seaford, New York. Koma was first noticed by Jimmy Iovine and was later signed to the Interscope Records after watching acoustic performance of record “She”. Later in May of the eyar 2012, he released his first EP called Parachute in which he wrote, produced as well as co-produced all his four tracks with the collaborators Alex da Kid, Twice as Nice, Louis Biancaniello, Ari Levine and Sam Watters.
Since then, Matthew has took part in Sorry For Party Rocking worldwide Tour with Far East Movement and LMFAO. More recently, he had also finished touring with band named Owl City. Matthew was featured in the Kia Motors’ online video series called Rediscovered in January of the year 2015. There, he recorded the cover of the Miracles’ ‘The Tracks of My Tears’. It was before Smokey Robinson made surprise visit in studio. He also contributed to the debut album of Afrojack Forget the World both co-writing as well as performing the songs ‘Keep Our Love Alive’ and ‘Illuminate’.
