Matt McGorry

Matt McGorry who is an American actor was born on 12th April of the year 1986. He is mostly known for portraying the role of John Bennett in Netflix comedy drama series called Orange is the New Black as well as on the ABC’s How to Get Away with Murder as Asher Millstone. He is the native of Manhattan, New York, United States. He started to do performing when he was nine years old. He went to study at the Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School which is located in New York. After that, he went to attend the Emerson College located in Boston, Massachusetts. Previously, Matt was a competitive bodybuilder.

At the beginning of his TV career, he first made his debut in the year 2011 by making his appearance in the ABC daytime soap opera called One Life to Live. He then appeared in the small guest starring roles on the person of Interest, Royal Pains as well as Gossip Girls.
