A talented Canadian actor Len Cariou is widely known for portraying the role as Sweeney Rodd in an original cast of Sweeney Todd, The Demon Barber of Fleet Street. At present, he is playing as the patriarch Henry Reagan who is the retired NYPD Police Commissioner in a multi generational TV series known as Blue Bloods on the CBS. Len made his first appearance in the Damn Yankees at the Rainbow Stage in Winnipeg in the year 1959. He was also the founding member of Manitoba Theatre Centre. In addition to that, he was offered a scholarship at National Theatre School of Canada located in Montreal but he was forced to turn it down.
Instead, Len learned his craft by spending a couple of years at Stratford Shakespeare Festival Stratford, Oxford.
