Jeremiah Brent celebrates his birthday on the 24th of November. He was born on 1984 and had a passion for designing arts from an early age.
Brent, with nothing but determination and hard work, taught himself how to design. Being openly gay, Brent became engaged to marry his lover and a fellow interior designer Nate Berkus in April 2013 after dating for over a year.
The couple successfully tied the knot in Manhattan on May 4, 2014. On March 23, 2015, through a surrogate, their daughter Poppy Brent-Berkus opened her eyes for the first time. The Brent Berkus family resides in West Hollywood, California.
Later, as pointed out by The New York Times, they became the same sex couple to feature in ads for magazines such as Banana Republic’s “True Outfitters”, Instyle and Rolling stones and a few others. On September of 2015, their apartment in Manhattan was featured in the month’s Architectural Digest magazine while the family featured on the cover of the magazine.
Professional Life
Jeremiah Brent started his journey in the world of interior designing as a self taught designer. In 2011, he started his own design firm, the Jeremiah Brent Design (JBD) which provided interior designing service in Los Angeles and New York City and focused mostly on residential, commercial, and hospitality designing.
Brent’s big break came in when he was hired as Rachel Zoe’s styling associate in 2011 on her show The Rachel Zoe Project in the fourth running season of the show and got the opportunity to be featured on many of the episodes.
Also featuring on multiple covers of publications such as Domino, Architectural Digest, Harper’s Bazaar, People and many more, Brent has also hosted his show Home Made Simple, which on an Emmy Award. The show was aired for two seasons on Oprah Winfrey’s OWN network.
Partnering with his spouse, Nate Berkus, he came up with a new TV show in 2017, the Nate & Jeremiah By Design aired on TLC.

Jeremiah Brent’s presence in the social media sites has earned him a huge number of fans following him. Available as @JeremiahBrent in Twitter, he has 33000 followers in the site and has tweeted around 2900 times.
Also available on Instagram as @jeremiahbrent, he had become an Instagram star with 158 thousand people following him. Unlike most celebrities, Brent also has a Facebook account in which he has accumulated 24 thousand likes on his page and 25 thousand followers.

The lovely couple who had their first child, Poppy back in the March of 2015 have once again delighted their followers on social networking sites with some great news. 3 year old Poppy’s about to be an elder sister!
On their live video in social media sites, the couple announced that they’re waiting for their second child as the adorable Poppy yelled, “We’re having a baby brother!” Brent’s husband Nate posted stating: “Well, the cat is out of the bag…and we couldn’t be happier.” Congratulations to the soon-to-be dads of two!
