After this death, J.B. Pritzker and his two other siblings became the heir of the property.

J.B. belongs to a Jewish family and has a sister and brother. Both of them are enlisted in world's billionaire's list. Sister Penny Pritzker is the 38th United States Secretary of Commerce and brother is the co-founder and managing director of the Pritzker Group.
