Caleb Martin Joseph is an American professional baseball catcher who plays for Baltimore Orioles from the Major League Baseball. He was born in the year 1986 which makes his age 19 years at present. He also is an Alumni of Palm Beach Atlantic University. He stands at a height of 6 feet and 3 inches.

Adding more to his bio and history, he went to Franklin High School which is situated in Franklin in Tennessee where he used to play for school baseball team. He then went to Lipscomb University and chose to play college baseball for the team in the University. He played for Lipscomb Bison because of the promise of more playing time than he was offered by Vanderbilt University. When he was a junior, he led his college team with a batting average of .342, slugging percentage of .615 and home runs. He also was named to the All-Conference team and as the most valuable player during the conference tournament.

Regarding his official career and his stats, he was drafted by Baltimore Orioles in the seventh round with 206th overall selection in the 2008 major League Baseball draft. He also signed with Orioles where he received a 125,000 USD along with tuition payment for the final three semesters of his college. In his first professional season, he was assigned to the Aberdeen IronBirds of the Class A Shirt Season New York-Penn League by the Orioles; he batted .261 backed up by eight home runs. In the year 2009, he was assigned to Frederick Keys of the Carolina League.

He also played for Bowie Baysox in the year 2010 and for Scottsdale Scorpions after completion of the season. The Orioles returned him to Bowie in the year 2011 and 2012. Later in the year 2013, he made a batting average of .299 with 22 home runs for Baysox. He got named as All-Star in the mid-season and for the season-ending team and also was named as Eastern League’s Minor League Player of the year by Topps. He also won the Home Run Derby in the mid-season. The Orioles did not renew his contract so he did not get picked by Rule 5 Draft in the year 2013.

He has hit .268 when in six minor league seasons.

In the month Of August, in the year 2014, he hit a home run in Orioles registering a win of 10-3 over St. Louis Cardinals which made him the first Orioles catcher in the history in 5 continuous games. He also batted .207 and .354 in the 2014 season.

His brother whose name is Corban also played for MLB. He even got selected in the draft held in the year 2008 and he was chosen by the New York Yankees in the fourth round.
