Gunsmoke (1955) and Law & Order (1990) are two of the longest running dramas in American TV, and O'Toole has appeared as a guest actor in both of these. In 2013, she was inducted into the Texas Film Hall of Fame, and is immortalized by the musical group The Davenports in one of their songs. O'Toole is also extremely talented : she helped raise funds and also designed an afghan-blanket along with her fellow cast/crew of Smallville (2001) that was finally auctioned on ebay for the benefit of Alzheimer's Association (Maryland Chapter), and also did similar project to raise funds for 9/11 tragedy victims. They both sang the song as one of the presenters of the 2004 Annual Art Directors Guild Awards, and again in 2009 during the Unwigged & Unplugged tour (involving Spinal Tap band-members). Since then, the song has been performed by the husband-wife duo on countless TV/Radio appearances. Her two daughters from husband Bill Geisslinger are named Nell Geisslinger and Anna Geisslinger.

Her twitter page has over 3 thousand followers, but her instagram page doesn't seem to exist.
